2.Can I get samples before order ?
Yes, of course. we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
3. what is your delivery time ?
For stock products, will make shipments in 5- 7 days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production for common materials, usually make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production for special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.
4.What is your payment terms?
Our usual payment term is 30% deposite, and rest against B/L. L/C is also acceptatble.EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,DDU.
5.How can you garantee what I got will be good ?
Our products are manufactured strictly according to national and international standard, and we take a test on every pipe before delivered out.
6.Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract demands, what will you do?
Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract lists, when receiving the pictures and the official documents and data from your side, if it is proved not comply, we will compensate the loss at first time.
7. How about price?
Yes, we are factory and be able to give you lowest price below market one, and we have a policy that "for saving time and absolutely honest business attitude, we quote as lowest as possible for any customer, and discount can be given according to quantity",if you like bargain and factory price is not low enough as you think, just don't waste your time.Pls trust the quotation we would give you, it is professional one.

Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
Q2: What is the terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU
Q3: What is the terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or coils with rods or belts, we could also pack the goods as the customers' requirement.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 7 days after we received your deposit.
For production period, it usually takes about 15 days - 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q5: Could you produce according to the samples?
A : Yes, we could customer-made by your samples or technique drawings, we could build the mold and fixtures.
Q6: Could you provide the compliment samples?
A: Yes, we provide the free samples if available in stocks, the transportation fee is borne by buyer.
